What we collect
When you book an assessment or contact us, we collect the name, email address, grade level, and any details you choose to share about the student's goals. During tutoring we keep session notes and progress records.
How we use it
This information is used only to schedule sessions, build and maintain the study plan, and send progress reports to the enrolling parent or student. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate (e.g., scheduling and video tools), and only what they need to function.
Students under 18
We collect student information with the consent of a parent or guardian, and progress reports are sent to the enrolling adult.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept while tutoring is active and deleted on request afterward. Email hello@gradientmath.com to request deletion.
