Refund Policy

Single sessions
Fully refundable until 24 hours before the scheduled start.
Packages
Unused package hours are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused hours remain usable for the package's validity period but are no longer refundable.
Completed sessions
Fees for delivered sessions are not refundable. If a session is cut short for reasons on our side, the time is credited back in full.
How to request
Email hello@gradientmath.com with the booking name — refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
