1. Services
Gradient Math provides one-on-one and small-group math tutoring, online and in person. Session plans, schedules, and materials are described at booking and may be adjusted as the student's needs change.
2. Scheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
3. Payment
Single sessions are billed at booking. Packages are billed when the package begins and pre-purchase hours at the stated rate. Prices are in USD.
4. Materials
Worksheets, skills maps, and reports provided during tutoring are for the enrolled student's personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
5. No guarantee
We report real historical outcomes, but past results do not guarantee any specific score or grade for any student.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradient Math's liability is limited to the fees paid for the sessions giving rise to the claim.
